Shipping

Matcha+ currently ships within Ireland.


Orders are prepared and dispatched from Ireland, typically within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation via email.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on food items once they have been opened or delivered, unless the product is faulty or damaged.


If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
